Freight Terms
Free freight on orders shipped within the continental United States on orders of $50.00 or more. Free freight applies only to merchandise that can be shipped via standard UPS ground transportation. Items such as office furniture or bulky items which weigh over 70 lbs must be shipped by common carrier and free freight does not apply to these items. We will quote additional charges for these items prior to processing your order.
All orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5.00 shipping charge. Orders that are shipped outside the continental United States will have applicable freight charges added to invoice.
Methods of Payment
For small office and home office customers, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We will keep your credit card information on file and automatically bill your credit card for any orders you place. Or you can open an account with us by simply contacting the office.
Returns
All purchases are backed by our 30 day 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee. We will replace defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us in original shipping cartons and packaging within 30 days. Merchandise ordered in error is returnable, providing that the merchandise has not been used and that it is returned in sellable condition with all original packaging and contents intact.
Please call for return authorization prior to returning merchandise. Customer is responsible for freight charges of merchandise being returned for customer error. In case of merchandise damaged in transit, we must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of order.
